Joseph Moretti, our CEO, owned and operated a landmark family restaurant in New York state (established in 1917) for over 22 years. During that time he opened a second business, Corporate Catering. Clients include CART, NASCAR, Formula One, with clients such as Kodak, Ford, Mobil Oil, Jaguar Group 44, Martini & Rossi, Lancia, Fiat, BBC and many more. Joe's knowledge of the food industry is unsurpassed. He has experience in food preparation, service, restaurant operations, catering, consumer trends, menu development, franchise development and new product research. He is responsible for creating recipes and formulas for food products, including spaghetti sauces, salad dressing and over 50 soy-based products for the health food market. Mr. Moretti is also a director/advisor and sits on the board of directors of OTC Innovations, Inc., a marketing company servicing the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) and CD (Casual Dining) sector of the restaurant business, delivering unique, card-payment solutions customized to reduce Merchant and Employer costs and other marketing concepts. Mr. Moretti is the CEO of B3 Networks. Inc. a funding company for product and equipment placement to the Quick Service Restaurant industry as well as the Cable Industry. He established Moretti Yachts that year in Fort Lauderdale, and began a tour of the great European yacht manufacturers and ship builders. His admiration for these skilled boat artisans has led to close relationships with several of them, including Lurssen Yachts, Baglietto, Azimut/Benetti, CRN, and Feadship. Joe is a current member of both the Florida and Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Associations and the Marine Industries Association of South Florida. Moretti Yachts controls over $86 million in exclusive listings for sale worldwide. Training, education and experience in the hospitality business plays a strong role in the level of service performed by Joe and his staff.
